Client Work & Portfolio
Nothing in these Terms governs the terms of an actual client engagement — those are set out in a separate services agreement/contract signed at the start of a project. Vilaire Studio may, unless otherwise agreed in writing with a client, showcase completed work in its portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials.
